The Process

6 Steps. Zero Shortcuts.

01

Verified Farm Sourcing

We visit every farm we source from. We test soil, meet farmers, and sign long-term direct purchase agreements — removing the broker layer entirely. No source, no purchase.

02

Raw Material Testing

Before any batch enters our facility, it's sent to an NABL-accredited third-party lab. We test for: potency/concentration, heavy metals (lead, arsenic, mercury, cadmium), microbial contamination (E. coli, Salmonella, mould), and adulteration markers.

03

GMP Manufacturing

Processing happens in our FSSAI-licensed, GMP-certified facility. Temperature-controlled drying, nitrogen-flushed packaging, and strict cross-contamination protocols. No shared equipment with allergens.

04

Finished Product Testing

After processing, each batch is tested again. The Certificate of Analysis (COA) for the finished product is published on our website. We only release batches that pass 100% of our specs.

05

Transparent Labelling

What's on the label is what's in the jar — down to the gram. No 'proprietary blends'. No hidden fillers. Every ingredient is named, its quantity declared, and its source documented.

06

Platform Distribution

Products are shipped in sealed, tamper-evident packaging to Amazon, Flipkart, and Zepto fulfilment centres under controlled temperature conditions. Batch numbers on each jar allow full traceability.

FAQ

Common Questions

Why single-ingredient products?

Blends let brands hide ingredient quality behind 'proprietary' ratios. Single-ingredient products are auditable — you know exactly what you're getting and in what quantity.

What does 'standardised to ≥5% withanolides' mean?

Withanolides are the active compounds in Ashwagandha responsible for its adaptogenic effects. Standardisation means we test and guarantee a minimum concentration — not just include the ingredient.

Can I see the lab report for my batch?

Yes. Each product jar has a batch number. Contact us with your batch number and we'll share the full COA for that specific batch. We're working on a public batch-lookup tool.

Do you use any pesticides?

We require our farm partners to use only approved organic practices. Every batch is tested for pesticide residues as part of our raw material testing protocol.

What's your shelf life and storage recommendation?

18 months from manufacture date, sealed. After opening, store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Refrigeration is not required but can extend freshness.
